REPORTS TO: Head of Reward Operations

TOTAL STAFF RESPONSIBILITY: None

SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: To support and manage the operational delivery of reward analytics across Africa. The Reward Analytics Consultant will also be required to support the Africa Head of Reward & Performance and the Head of Reward Operations in the operational achievement of reward policy and the implementation of reward strategy and plans which enable the business to achieve their overall strategy.

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a financial modelling and reward analytics role
  • Relevant financial / business science degree

  • Proficient in MS Excel, SAP, Access
  • Knowledge of job evaluation, incentive design and management, and reward governance is essential
  • Banking remuneration experience is preferred

KEY JOB PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Support the delivery and execution of the annual pay round process, in particular the data and analytics activities
  • Provide analytical support for other reward processes
  • Provide technical support to the team by developing toolkits to support Reward processes
  • Provide full reward support for the employee life cycle
  • Management of the data cleansing and data collation for all rewardactivities
  • Assist with the implementation of specific reward initiatives and projects
  • Undertaking of reward governance issues and processes
  • Support survey data matching and validation and job evaluation processes
  • Preparation of management information to support new and existing initiatives
  • Contribute to developing, embedding and improving the reward service delivery model
  • Develop and deliver reward solutions to support business objectives
  • Advise Business Partners and line managers of reward issues and processes
