POSITION: Manager, Human Resources

 

NATURE OF BUSINESS: Mining Company

JOB LOCATION: Northern Cape 

REPORTS TO: Divisional Manager, Business Services and Head of Human Resources 

SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: Managing the execution of Human Resources strategies for a mine which employs an excess of 3000 people by applying leading edge Human Resources practices, services and technology to the benefit of all role players and stakeholders.

 KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: 

  • A degree in Human Resources Management

  • At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resources field, five of which must have been as a Human Resources Manager

  • The majority of  the experience should be in the mining industry
