POSITION: Head of Customer Base Management & Retention

NATURE OF BUSINESS: Subscriber-Based Media Company

JOB LOCATION: Randburg, Johannesburg

REPORTS TO: Group General Manager, Customer Operations

 

SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: Assume accountability and responsibility for maintaining, developing and increasing the value of the organisations existing customer base through effective retention, dormant customer improvement and base management.  Take responsibility for delivering extraordinary customer service and retention strategies and thus reducing attrition

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably a University Degree in Business or Marketing

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

 Assume accountability and responsibility for maintaining, developing and increasing the value of the organisations existing customer base through effective retention, dormant customer improvement and base management. 

Be responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service and retention strategies and thus reducing attrition

Should hold a relevant Business or Marketing degree

Develop and deliver a compelling customer experience strategy through engagement and collaboration with all stakeholders

Develop and implement strategies for increasing retention, reducing dormancy days and growing ARPU from the existing customer base

Apply customer base analytics to deliver customer value offerings including the use of propensity models
