Company Background:

The Group is an innovative, forward looking organisation that is currently diversifying and expanding into other markets. The Group comprises four separate subsidiary companies but its core business remains the direct marketing of a range of innovative financial and other value-added products.

Position Summary:

Assume responsibility and authority for developing and driving organisational development and change management across the Group and driving organisational effectiveness throughout the Group ensuring effective, efficient value added interventions and services with particular emphasis on: organisational / departmental structure; learning and development at senior management and executive level; and providing expertise and support to the Human Resources Business Partner function.

Key Attributes Required:

  • Must have a minimum of five years experience comprising of at least two years in a Human Resource Generalist position and three years in an Organisational Effectiveness role with two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • An ability to work in a fast paced, young, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment where decisions can change in a short space of time
  • Ability to provide expertise support/solutions to Human Resources Business Partners
  • Design and drive Talent Management programmes
  • Strong leadership skills
  • High level of integrity with a well developed business acumen
